Household tip: Getting rid of odors

How to get odors out of clothes

A common problem with an active lifestyle is getting the various smells out of the clothes.  Grease, body odor, smoke, and sweat all create lingering odors that sometimes won’t come out.  No matter how hard you try and how many times you wash it, the smell stays.

The simple solution:

White vinegar.  Putting white vinegar onto the problem spots or spraying it onto clothes will eliminate any of the smells you have left in your clothing.

A side tip: A half of a cup of white vinegar in your wash will help to eliminate static electricity and those annoying lint pieces from clinging to your clothing
